We’re a project committed to this land. We’re people with extensive professional experience. We’re passionate about the mountains and outdoor sports. We’re from La Seu, rooted in the Pyrenees. We think globally and act locally.
We’re introducing a new kind of youth accommodation, built into its surroundings, offering a fantastic life experience to students who choose to study in La Seu or nearby, complete their first work placements, or spend a season training and enjoying this privileged setting.
Casa García, la resi‘s first property in Castellciutat
Right at the entrance to the village and just 30 metres from Plaça de l’Arbre. A privileged setting, with views over the La Seu d’Urgell valley and the Cadí mountain range. Casa García is our first property — going forward, we plan to replicate this small-community format, with fewer than 20 residents per building, which makes shared living a great experience for learning and personal values.
